By using Dovide (dovide.toccatech.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Dovide is a free, browser-based bill-splitting tool provided by ToccaTech. No account or login is required. All calculations are performed locally in your browser; no bill data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. No Warranties
Dovide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ToccaTech is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Dovide.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Dovide after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Door Dovide (dovide.toccatech.com) te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als je het er niet mee eens bent, gebruik de app dan niet.
2. Beschrijving van de dienst
Dovide is een gratis, browsergebaseerde tool voor het splitsen van rekeningen, aangeboden door ToccaTech. Er is geen account of inlog vereist. Alle berekeningen worden lokaal in je browser uitgevoerd; er worden geen rekengegevens naar onze servers verzonden of opgeslagen.
3. Geen garanties
Dovide wordt geleverd "zoals het is", zonder garanties van welke aard dan ook. We garanderen niet dat de dienst foutvrij, ononderbroken of altijd beschikbaar is.
4. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover toegestaan door de wet is ToccaTech niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade die voortvloeit uit je gebruik van Dovide.
5. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze Voorwaarden op elk moment bijwerken. Voortgezet gebruik van Dovide na wijzigingen betekent acceptatie van de bijgewerkte Voorwaarden.
6. Toepasselijk recht
Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door het recht van Nederland.
